Cancellation, Exchange and Return Conditions
The sales you make from our virtual store are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the "Distance Contracts Regulation", and the provisions of these laws and regulations are applied.
If you want to return the product(s) you have purchased, the qualities the products must have and the steps to follow are explained below;
1-Returning the product(s) included in the order:
In order to initiate the return process, you must apply via the contact form on our website shop@gasell.com or by sending an e-mail to www.shop.gasell.com with your order number. Conversations made over the phone are not binding.
The period of fourteen (14) days must not be exceeded for the return of the product. This right begins after the product delivery and our customers have the right to return the products they purchased without any reason before fourteen (14) days have passed. The purchased product must be delivered without being opened, torn and without being used. In cases where the product is used, return is absolutely out of the question. In addition, it is not possible to make a return for the products that are stated to be specially produced for you based on your order (indicated on the product description page) since they are personalized. Return requests cannot be accepted in cases where the information on the product packages belonging to the manufacturer or importer company is damaged, the box belonging to the product is damaged, tape is stuck on the product, the vacuum or gelatin packaging is opened.
We kindly ask you to check the products before receiving them and if they arrive damaged, have the cargo officer draw up a damage report. We cannot provide a refund/exchange for damaged products without a damage report.
Except for the right of withdrawal and defective products, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
The order amount will be transferred to your bank within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. For payments made by bank transfer, you must provide your bank IBAN information. Payments made by credit card are paid in one go for a single payment. In cases where payment is made in installments, refunds can be made within the framework of the current procedures of the banks.
2-Cancellation of the order:
For orders that have not yet entered the preparation phase after the order was placed, or that do not have a preparation phase, if your products have not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order via the contact form on our website ( www.shop.gasell.com ) or by sending an e-mail to shop@gasell.com stating your order number, or by calling our call center and stating your order number. The return conditions in the first article apply to the product or products that have been shipped.
The fact that the order is displayed as not shipped on the website ( www.shop.gasell.com ) does not mean that it has not been shipped. The exact status of shipping can be learned by contacting our call center.
3-Changing the ordered product:
After the product is returned by following the return process in the first article, a new order can be placed to exchange the product.
4- Negative situations in cancellation/return and exchange processes:
If you experience any problems with your order regarding cancellation, return or exchange, we kindly ask you to call our call center and inform us. The problem you experience will be forwarded to the relevant units for review and action will be taken promptly.
