Payment by Money Order

For payments made via money transfer as Gasell, the delivery time starts after the product amount in question is transferred to our account.
Payments made via money order are also included in this.
If the money transfer you stated was made is not transferred to our account within 2 business days , the order in question will be deemed invalid.

Payment by Credit Card

As Gasell , purchases made with Visa and MasterCard are made via 128 Bit SSL and allow single payment or installment purchases with contracted credit cards. Valid credit cards are listed during the shopping steps.
There are also campaigns offered for various cards during certain periods.
After the approval process of your orders is completed, they will be delivered to our contracted cargo company within 7 business days at the latest (except for production products). The cargo cost for shipments by cargo is not included in your order amount. Depending on the weight and volume of the product you will purchase, changes in the cargo price may be observed.

Shipping & Assembly is only available for deliveries within Istanbul .

Deliveries will only be made after all your information has been checked by the Cargo companies determined by our store or our own distribution network.
There is no request for delivery with a different cargo company.
The person receiving the product must make the necessary checks to ensure that the product is flawless, damaged or faulty packages must never be accepted, In case of damaged packages; damaged packages must not be accepted and a report must be drawn up with the cargo company officer, they must be sent back with the cargo company and the situation must be reported to us within 3 days by using the "Return Form" in the communication section or by sending an e-mail to shop@gasell.com .
The person purchasing the product will be deemed to have accepted that the product is error-free and flawless when he/she receives his/her order.

Orders placed in our store enter the delivery process after passing through various security stages.
Our store managers may request additional information from you to complete these transactions completely.
The customer is obliged to meet these demands, and if there are unmet demands or orders that may raise suspicion, they may not be shipped or may not be fulfilled.
In addition, our company cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or false information provided by the consumer.

In order for us to deliver the product you have purchased to you, it is mandatory to enter your name, surname, telephone number, address and Turkish ID number in the invoice and delivery information field.

All fees determined and collected by our store are clearly displayed with the products for our customers to see.
These prices cannot be objected to later.

The shipping fee will be paid by the customer who places the order.
However, due to periodic campaigns, shipping costs over a certain amount will be covered by Gasell and this notification will be clearly stated on the site.
When paying by credit card, the shipping fee is clearly visible. For payments made by money order, the shipping fee should be asked in advance.
If there is a campaign regarding shipping costs, the necessary notification will be made and it will automatically be reflected in the payment plan.
Other shipping costs are paid by the customer.
