The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of the member's use of the website www.shop.gasell.com owned by Flexsit.

The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided when becoming a member of the www.shop.gasell.com website is true before the law, and will compensate exactly and immediately all damages that Gasell will suffer due to the untruthfulness of this information.

The Member cannot give the password given to them by Gasell to other persons or organizations; the right to use the password belongs exclusively to the Member. For this reason, Gasell reserves all compensation and other claim rights arising from such unauthorized use against all responsibilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be put forward against Gasell by third parties or authorized authorities.

The Member accepts and undertakes from the outset to comply with legal legislation provisions and not to violate them when using the www.shop.gasell.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal obligations that will arise will bind the Member completely and exclusively.

The Member cannot use the www.shop.gasell.com website in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or in a way that infringes on others' intellectual and copyright rights. In addition, the Member cannot engage in activities and transactions (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.

These opinions and thoughts have no connection or relationship with Gasell. Gasell has no responsibility for damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions that the Member will declare, and for damages that the Member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions that third parties will declare.

Gasell will not be responsible for Member data being read by unauthorized persons and for damages that may come to Member software and data. The Member has accepted in advance not to demand compensation from Gasell for any damage they may suffer due to the use of the www.shop.gasell.com website.

The Member has accepted not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities that will arise from this belong entirely to the Member.

The Member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally responsible criminally and legally due to this violation and will keep Gasell free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition, in case the event is transferred to the legal field due to this violation, Gasell reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

Gasell always has the unilateral right to delete the Member's membership, delete files, documents and information belonging to the customer when necessary. The Member accepts this disposal in advance. In this case, Gasell has no responsibility.

The www.shop.gasell.com website software and design are owned by Gasell, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the Member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

For the improvement and development of the www.gasell.com website by Gasell and/or within the framework of legal legislation, some information such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website that provides direct connection to the site may be collected.

Gasell may use Members' personal information in studies aimed at their specific preferences and interests to provide better service to users, improve its products and services, and facilitate the use of the site. Gasell reserves the right to keep a record of the Member's actions on the www.shop.gasell.com website.

The person who becomes a member of Gasell declares and accepts that they allow product and service introductions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction applications to be presented to them by Gasell and Flexsit group companies (all companies that are Company and/or business partners) within the scope of current and/or future applications. The Member declares and accepts that they allow the collection, sharing with all Gasell subsidiary companies, use by all Gasell and Flexsit group companies, and archiving of personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that they have given in the past and/or will give in the future when becoming a member of Gasell and/or through other means for the above purposes. Unless the Member states otherwise, they declare and accept that they allow the collection, sharing with all Flexsit group companies (all companies that are Company and/or business partners), use by all Gasell and Flexsit group companies (all companies that are Company and/or business partners), and archiving of data even when their membership ends. Measures have been taken within available means to ensure that the Gasell website is free from viruses and similar malicious software. In this context, the Member is deemed to have accepted that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences by entering the Gasell Website.

Gasell may change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any need for prior notice and/or warning in any way. Every provision that is changed, updated or abolished will have effect for all Members on the publication date.

The Parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Gasell will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence in accordance with HUMK article 287, and that the said records constitute an evidence agreement.

Gasell, pursuant to this membership agreement, has the authority to send informational emails to its members' registered email addresses and informational SMS to their mobile phones, and the Member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of informational emails to their email address and informational SMS to their mobile phone upon approval of this membership agreement. If the Member wishes to stop receiving emails and/or SMS, they can cancel from the "My Account" section.

This agreement will remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or their membership is cancelled by Gasell.

Gasell may cancel the Member's membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally if the Member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes related to this agreement.

The Member's registration for membership means that the Member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This agreement was concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the Member became a member.
