Cancellation and Return Terms | Gasell - Customer Satisfaction

Sales made from our online store are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the "Distance Contracts Regulation" and apply the provisions of this law and regulation.

If you want to return the product(s) you have purchased, the qualifications that the products must have and the steps to be followed are explained below;

1. Returning products included in the order

To start the return process, you must apply through the contact form on our website at [email protected] or by sending an email to www.shop.gasell.com with your order number. Phone conversations are not binding.

For the product to be returned, a period of fourteen (14) days must not have passed. This right begins after product delivery and our customers have the right to return the products they purchased without reason before fourteen (14) days have passed. The purchased product must be delivered without opening, tearing the packaging, and without using the product. In cases where the product has been used, return is absolutely not possible.

Products specified as custom-made based on your order (indicated on the product description page) cannot be returned as they are custom-produced for the individual.

Return requests cannot be accepted if the information belonging to the manufacturer or importer company on the product packages is damaged, the product box is damaged, tape is stuck on the product box, or the vacuum or gelatin packaging has been opened.

We kindly ask you to check the products before receiving them and if they arrive damaged, have the cargo officer prepare a damage report. We cannot provide return/exchange for damaged products without a damage report.

Except for the right of withdrawal and defective products, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.

Within 14 days from the arrival of the products to us, the order amount will be transferred to your bank. For payments made by wire transfer, you need to provide your bank IBAN information. Payments made with credit cards are paid in one lump sum for single payments. In cases where installment payment is involved, the refund can be made within the framework of the current procedures of the banks.

2. Cancellation of the order

After placing an order, if your products have not yet been shipped to cargo in orders that have not yet entered the preparation stage or do not have a preparation stage, you can cancel your order through the contact form on our website (www.shop.gasell.com), by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number, or by calling our call center and specifying your order number. For products shipped to cargo, the return conditions in the first article apply.

The display of "not shipped to cargo" for the order on the site (www.shop.gasell.com) does not indicate that it has not been shipped to cargo; the exact shipping status can be learned by contacting our call center.

3. Exchanging the ordered product

Product exchange can be provided by applying the return process specified in the first article, returning the product, and then placing a new order.

4. Experiencing problems with cancellation / return and exchange transactions

We kindly ask you to call our call center to inform us immediately if you experience any problems with cancellation, return or exchange transactions regarding your order. The problem you experience will be forwarded to the relevant units for review and action will be taken quickly.
