Payment by Bank Transfer

  • At Gasell, for payments made by bank transfer, the delivery period begins after the product amount has been transferred to our account.
  • Payments made by bank transfer are also included in this.
  • If the transfer you stated as completed does not reach our account within 2 business days, the order in question will be considered invalid.

💳 Credit Card Payment

  • At Gasell, purchases made with Visa and MasterCard are conducted over 128 Bit SSL and provide the opportunity to make single or installment purchases with credit cards that have agreements. Valid credit cards are listed during the shopping steps.
  • There are also campaigns offered to various cards during certain periods.
  • After the approval process of your orders is completed, within a maximum of 7 business days (excluding production products), they are delivered to the contracted cargo company. Shipping costs for cargo deliveries are not included in your order amount. Depending on the weight and volume ratios of the product you will purchase, changes in cargo prices may be observed.

🚚 Product Delivery

  • Deliveries that will take place are delivered only through cargo companies determined by our store or through our own distribution network after all your information has been checked.
  • Delivery requests with a different cargo company are not available.
  • The person receiving the product must make the necessary inspection regarding the product being flawless; damaged or defective packages should definitely not be accepted. In case of a damaged package: damaged packages should not be accepted, a report should be filed with the cargo company representative, returned with the cargo company, and the situation should be reported to us within 3 days by using the "Return Form" in the contact section or by sending an email to [email protected].
  • When the person who purchased the product receives their order, they will be deemed to have accepted that the product is faultless and flawless.

Attention: A report must be filed together with the cargo officer for products that appear damaged during delivery. Damage notifications made without a report are not taken into consideration.

  • Orders placed in our store enter the delivery process after passing through various security stages.
  • Our store managers may request additional information from you to complete these transactions completely.
  • The customer is obliged to meet these requests, and if requests are not met or suspicious orders are sent, they may not be fulfilled.
  • Additionally, our company cannot be held responsible for information that is incorrectly or falsely provided by the consumer.

  • To carry out a problem-free shopping experience, you must enter your member information completely and accurately.
  • In order to deliver the product you have purchased to you, it is mandatory to enter your name, surname, phone number, address, and ID number in the invoice and delivery information field.

  • These prices cannot be disputed later.

📦 Shipping Cost

  • The shipping fee will be paid by the customer who places the order.
  • However, due to periodic campaigns, shipping costs above a certain amount will be covered by Gasell, and this notification will be clearly stated within the site.
  • When paying by credit card, the shipping cost is also clearly visible. For payments made by bank transfer, the shipping cost should be inquired beforehand.
  • If there is a campaign regarding shipping costs, the necessary notification will be made and will automatically be reflected in the payment plan.
  • Apart from that, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
